So sorry to hear of Charlie's passing. We were classmates in Oakland school, and played baseball nearly every day in the summer, at Oakland school grounds. He was a great friend. I'm sure, that your wonderful memories of Charlie, and the promise of eternal life, will help in this time of sorrow. My sincere condolences. Mike Lea

Dear Merilys, Kathy & Family -

I'm so sorry to hear this news. Charlie
was in my thoughts a couple of nights ago.
I had hoped to see all of you at another Spring
Training game in Tampa some time soon but
that is not to be.
Charlie was one of the bright lights at
Maines. Everyone loved him and he was very good
and effective at his job. I loved coming to your home at Christmas time when all the decorations were out and the dogs were in Heaven.
Charlie had that Irish affectionate personality that made you feel you were the most important person just for stopping by.
Thanks for the memories, Charlie...you will be fondly remembered by all those you have touched in this life. I know Christ has already greeted you and welcomed you home and I look forward to seeing you again one day if I'm so fortunate.
