A 4th generation native of Bodega, graduate of Tomales High and SRJC passed away last Sunday evening at the age of 64. Her sudden passing is attributed to a broken heart, suffered after having recently been widowed by her high school sweetheart and husband of 41 years, Anthony Prebilich. Barbara worked as a Trust Officer for Bank of America and Wells Fargo of Santa Rosa for over 30 years before operating her own private fiduciary service. Barbara loved spending time with her family hunting, fishing, camping, and picnicking. She spent the last five years fulfilling her life-long dream of retiring on her childhood ranch, familiarly known as Gleason Ranch. She is survived by her daughters Nancy Prebilich and Cindy Holland, son-in law John Holland, and three grand children, Alexander, Nicholas, and Samantha Holland. Donations made to People to People Ambassadors, sent to P.O. Box 149 Bodega, CA 94922, will directly benefit her grandchildren's educational experience this summer. Viewing will be held at Pleasant Hills Mortuary in Sebastopol, Thursday March 10th with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Memorial services will be held at St. Teresa's Church in Bodega on Friday, March 11th at 1:30 p.m.
