Andrea was an amazing teacher and leader in our school. I had the privilege of working with her for fourteen years. She had a brilliant mind, a voice of strength and a heart of gold. Andrea was also an incredible cook. Whether it was classroom or kitchen advice, Andrea was always there to listen and provide. She will be dearly missed by faculty and students alike.

To the Sauro & Manchette Families:
Words cannot Adequately express the feeling of sadness at the loss of Andrea.
I had the unexpected pleasure of meeting her and Michael only a few short months ago and she was as vivacious and happy as I always remembered. Her Courage, Zest for Life, Love of Family & Students is an inspiration & a tribute to the legacy she leaves behind.
May the Lord bring comfort to your hearts and happy memories to your mind as you go through this difficult time.
May you find strength in the love of family and in the warm embrace of friends.

Mrs.Manchette never gave up her students in a way that went beyond the scope of her job. Many years ago she helped me at a time I was struggling just to make it through high school. She went above and beyond to tutor me at the library for the SATS and make sure I wouldnt fall behind. Truly one of the most memorable teachers who shaped the person I am, and I will forever be a better person for her support. My love to the family.

Mrs. Manchette was easily one of the best teachers I ever had. Her passion for teaching lit up the room and she always went above and beyond for her students. Her positive attitude was contagious and she inspired me to excel in geometry (a topic that did not come easily to me)! I feel so lucky to have been one of her students. My deepest sympathies.

Mrs Manchette was one of the best teachers I've ever had. She was patient and took the time to teach the temperamental high school I was 10 years ago. In junior year, she was the start of my days and in senior year, she was the end. I will always value the 40 different ways she tried to instill geometry into my brain and the countless after school hours she put into that as well. I'll always remember her positivity lighting up our classroom and her not even be able to keep a straight face when our class annoyed her. NHS definitely lost one of the greats this week. May her memory live on at that school and may her positivity be carried on by every teacher who remains. Rest in peace. Thoughts and condolences go out to all of her family and friends.!
