GOLINI, LEE JOSEPH
38, passed away at home on Monday, September 3rd, 2018. He was the loving son of Kathleen (Alves) Golini and Dr. William J. Golini. Lee is predeceased by his brother and best friend, Christopher, grandparents Joseph and Della (Landi) Golini, Manuel Steve and Palmera (Massa) Alves. Besides his parents, Lee is survived by his aunt Rosemary Golini, great-aunt Maryann Landi and his godparents, Marybeth Fletcher and Ted Faraone. He is also survived by his beloved girlfriend Leah McCue.
A lifelong Rhode Island resident, Lee attended the Wheeler School before enrolling at Brown University, where he graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts. Lee then went on to secure graduate degrees in both Business Administration and Law from Washington University in St. Louis before opening up his law practice in the Jamestown area. He was an avid chef, host, and fisherman, taking great lengths to ensure that others always had a good time.
Above all else, Lee valued his family and his friends, of which he had many. Besides his parents, Lee is survived by his countless Brothers and fellow members of the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity, all of whom mourn his passing with profound sorrow. Lee's contributions towards enhancing and improving fraternity life on campus during his time at Brown are immeasurable, and the lives he enriched because of his service spans the globe. Lee provided security, guidance, joy, and deep fulfillment to all those fortunate enough to have known him. His goodness and kindness had no limits.
His funeral services were private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: The Golini Family Scholarship Fund, U.R.I College of Pharmacy, P.O. Box 1700, Kingston, R.I. 02881. Visit NardolilloFH.com for online condolences.
