William J. Cotton, "Billy" 85. Passed on February 19th. He was the husband of the late Eleanor R. (Bessette) Cotton. He was an Air Force Veteran. He was a past president and lifetime member of Societe Jacques Cartier and Sams C.C. He was also a friend of Bill W. He is survived by two daughters, Donna Gargano, and Susan Cotton and her wife Terry Cotton, a granddaughter, Katelyn Gargano, and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Norman J. Cotton and father-in-law of the late John Gargano. Funeral Wednesday, February 24th at 8:45am in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary Church, Pine St, Pawtucket at 10am. Burial with military honors will be in the RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Calling hours will be Tuesday from 4 to 7pm.
