Dear McCormick Families,

I am deeply saddened to read of John's passing! I got to know John through all of the K of C lemonade stands at the Hometown Fair. Later, as a funeral director. John was with me during every step of the numerous family funerals I had to plan: Some of the most difficult times in my life. John was a man of faith and integrity. He will be missed.

My sincere condolences,

I'll never forget how John helped with my Mother's arrangements. His compassion, grace and warmth was matched only by his unparalleled professionalism. John made what was the worst time of life more manageable through his love and talents. My warmest regards to the family, and all my love to Dennis especially .

I met John several times. He was warm, chatty, passionate, funny, and smart. I only wish I could have heard him talk more about his rock and roll days. From what I observed, he loved talking about music and his band days! But what made him light up most, I noticed, was his love for his son Sean. May John Rest In Peace.
