July 29, 1938 - February 4, 2021 On Thursday, February 4, 2021, Madeline Wruck, loving mother of three children and grandmother to three grandchildren, passed away at the age of 82. Madeline was born on July 29, 1938 in Santa Monica, CA to Tom and Virginia Woodward. She attended Venice Highschool and graduated in June of 1956. Soon after graduation she went to work for Douglas Aircraft and there she met the love of her life, Gerhard "Gary" Wruck.They were married on May 23, 1957 and raised two daughters, Doreen and Bernice and a son, Ken. Madeline became a Christian on the Easter Sunday morning of April 14th, 1963 while attending Community Baptist Church in Manhattan Beach, CA Madeline's greatest joy was being a follower of Jesus Christ, her Lord and Savior, in addition to being a wife, mother, and grandmother. Her love and devotion to her husband was evident to all. She also loved her dogs with all of her heart. She had a passion for leading people to the Lord through her self-written songs and tracts. Over the years she shared the message of God's love with hundreds of people. Madeline was preceded in death by her husband Gary. She is survived by her children Doreen, Bernice, and Ken; her grandchildren Christopher, Christian, and Brittany; and her sister Donna. At this time there are no plans for a public funeral service, but a memorial video in celebration of her returning home to the Lord will be found on her Facebook profile in the weeks to come.
