Karen and family were wonderful neighbors in Eldridge for thirteen years. When we recall Karen those feelings are best described by the author Myra Angelo who states, "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." This was Karen's gift.!!!

Karen and family were our neighbors for thirteen wonderful years. I am reminded of the words of Maya Angelou when I recall the kind of person Karen was:
Myra states: "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, BUT PEOPLE WILL NEVER FORGET HOW YOU MADE THEM FEEL." This was Karen!!!!!

I have known Karen and the Collins family for as long as I can remember. 1st living a few doors down on Central dr. Then volunteering with her at Sheppard and seeing her at the library. I was the lucky recipient of many a famous hug <3 She will be missed by so many. Big hugs to all, and she will live on in our hearts and memories.

I have know Karen and the Collins family for as long as I can remember. Living a few homes away on Central Dr., working with her as a volunteer at Shepard and seeing her at the library. I was a lucky recipient of many famous hugs. She will be dearly missed. Big hugs to all. Her love will live on in all of you.
