Larry was a staple in Eldridge. I'll never forget visiting his hardware store with my dad when we were young or chatting with him at the Antique Cartel. Eldridge has lost a legend. Thanks for the memories, Larry!

Some of my fondest childhood memories are of going to the hardware store that Larry and his wife ran, and, ironically, it was in your building. How bittersweet that his life will be celebrated in the same place that gave me, and so many others, so many great memories.
Larry was a man who exuded joy. He had a smile that could light up a room. Whenever you saw him, he always had a smile to share and a hug to give away.
He has been such a staple of Eldridge and a pillar in my life and he will be greatly missed.

Mr. Rauch was a great member of the community. I have very fond memories of him growing up as a kid in Eldridge and then again being an adult. He gave a lot to the Eldridge community as well as my family personally. He ment a lot to my family and will be truly missed. My family and I are truly saddened by this news and send our condolences to to the family. Rest peacefully Mr Rauch.
