My sincere sympathies and deepest condolences. Debbie truly loved and cherished her family. She was a sweet, genuine, and truly loving person who was part of almost every childhood memory I have. So sad she is gone so young.

Debra was a dear friend , always had a smile on her face .....I sold her a computer which she really enjoyed . her daughter knew my daughter, And working at the college together was always fun . When Debra and Rick moved to to Port St. Lucie , Florida .. I knew I would see them again . So after retiring from the college , we also moved to florida and we purchased a home in Palm Bay ... which is about 45 minutes from Port St. Lucie . I told amy my wife we have been in Florida for two months it’s time we visit friends .... so we took a one day trip and made about four stops ...and the first stop was to see Debra and Rick Ferland .. and I am glad we did .

Rick, I know that words cannot express what you are feeling. Debbie was an amazing woman...I smile just to remember her bossing us all around, that little scrap of a person. I loved her dearly and only wish I had gotten to see her again. Arlene

All the years we all spent together at Sullivan County Community College Child Development Center would never have been the same without Debbie. Her laughter, her smile, her fashion sense, her hair, her ability to handle ten things at once, and most of all, her friendship. I loved and admired everything about her. Tara, I send you my love. Your loss is immense. Arlene
