One of the things I looked forward to when we moved to Redding was being able to spend more time with you. Little did I know that was not to be. I will always have my memories of you and Auntie Carol, all my cousins, and your horse Peanuts. I love you Uncle Carl, and will cherish the times we had together.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Skarsh...
Your presence is deeply missed already. I'm so happy my babies had so much time with you last summer and I'm thankful for that last day, helping you shave and you talking to me about the 49er game. I know now that was your way of telling me goodbye.."I'll see ya when I see ya.."

This small box could never house all of my memories of you. So I will simply say this: my hope is that you are bowling in the most beautiful alley, or fishing on an amazing lake, or tending to your eternal garden (with grandma shouting your name from the back door, of course).

Gone...but never forgotten.

All my love,
Erica
