Dear Jeff and Family,
I regret not knowing about Kathy's passing. Was just checking the news about the Redding fire. It's then I thought to see if I could reach Kathy through FB.
We've lost contact over the years. Jeff, you know Kathy and I spent many hours of our childhood and young adult years together. I wil always be grateful for the multiple adventures we shared. The Millers included me in their summer Capitola trips. My memories of Kathy are priceless. She was authentically funny and full of life.
I will pray for your comfort.
Sincerely,
Christine (Chrissy) Sacco Maitlen

I loved working with Kathy at Grant School. She was genuine and deeply cared about children. She gave of herself to others every day. Her positive attitude was remarkable. I send love to her family; I know she will be deeply missed.

Kathy Clark was one of the most down to earth and genuine ladies I have ever met. I so loved that about her. We both shared a love for working with children, agreeing it was the best job ever. She touched many children's lives at Grant School over the years, including my own. Upon her retirement, I often ran into her on her daily walks throughout the neighborhood. She would stop and visit, sharing kid stories about her grandchildren or family. I knew and admired her strength and courage in her ongoing battles with cancer. I saw her as the "Comeback Kid". I will remember Kathy for the beautiful and amazing lady she was: a wife, mother, grandmother, child advocate, neighbor, and friend. Love and prayers, Debbie Oppezzo and Family

Blessed having known the Clark's for 25+ years. Kathy was such a kind spirited lady who was a complete joy to be around. Our daughter's met on the Softball field and became best of friends, remaining so to this day. The adults in this joyous equation enjoyed many a postgame victory celebration! Kathy---always a huge smile, extremely warm hearted and an endless love for family. One tuff lady with a zest for life rarely seen as she fought through numerous re-occurrences , kicking cancer to the curb multiple times. Quite a positive example to so many others. You will be dearly missed.
