William Wessels
Alexis - William L. Wessels, Alexis, died December 31, 2020 at home.
He was the son of William H. and June Wessels. He married Michele Shunick. He sis survived by his wife; son, Aaron Wessels; daughter, Ashley (Mark) Southard; two granddaughters, Alexia Wessels and Alexis (Nick) Massa. He is also survived by one sister, Elaine; and three brothers, Gary, Rick, and Ben. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Terry.
He was a lifelong farmer whose roots will always be in the heartland.
Per his wishes private graveside services will be at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Watson Thomas Funeral Home and Crematory, Galesburg. Memorials may be made to ROWVA FFA or Knox Co 4-H. Online expressions of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.watsonthomas.com.
