Graham was an amazing teacher, he filled my high school years with fun and adventures and I will forever cherish the time I had with him as my band director, mentor, and friend. I know he is taking an underwater basket weaving class in heaven.

Mr Graham was an important person in my childhood. He was one of several teachers who influenced, encouraged, and inspired me to pursue music as an expression of myself and music education in college.

One thing I picked up from him was to regularly have discussions, conversations, and to talk openly and honestly with my students about subjects beyond the music and the classroom. I recall one such occasion where he just sat and talked to us one morning about his passion as a teacher, not just for the music, but for having the opportunity to take part in our development as individuals. He was profoundly aware that he was teaching so more than music. He wanted to open our minds and hearts to the power and responsibility of humanity. He was kindhearted, though not always gentle. I hope he had some idea of how many people he influenced. He certainly will be missed.

Cliff and I were in band together at John Jay in San Antonio. He was also my daughter's (Kristyn Moore/Reed) awesome band director at Abilene High. Cliff and I shared one of the greatest band directors of all time - Herr Dan Schreiber. His Grahamisms were legendary and some might have even come from Mr. Schreiber. ;) Cliff impacted thousands of lives and those band kids loved him. He will be missed and remembered fondly.

My thoughts and prayers remain with your dear family. Thank you for allowing me to provide Clifford with Christian Burial.
"Go forth O Christian Soul to God the Father who Created you, to Jesus Christ who suffered and died to Redeem you and to the Holy Spirit who enlightened you...Go Forth O Christian Soul." The souls of the just are in the hands of God and no torment can touch them. Eternal Rest grant unto him O Lord and may Your perpetual light shine upon him...may Clifford rest in peace. Rev.
