I hadn't talked to Grady in a while and I was shocked to learn that he had passed away back in February. I don't get a newspaper anymore and I don't do Facebook so I had no idea.
I wish I could have come to the funeral. Grady was one of my all time favorite people and we talked football in Bible Hardware for hours over the years. He truly did love college football and High school football as well. He talked much about his sons and grandsons, too. He was so proud of everyone. What a great guy he was and I will forever miss him and his sense of humor.

You have my deepest sympathy. May good memories provide solace for your family during this challenging time, May God provide you with the assurance that you will see your loved one again. John 17:3 -

Joyce you and your family are in our prayers. Grady was a neat guy. I am glad he was my neighbor. He helped any and everyone. Thank you.

Our prayers are with you and your family.

We'll always remember Grady and the many visits to Bible to get that special item or that key made that we felt no one else could make but Grady. My father-in-law worked with Grady and shared some stories about Grady that would put a smile on your face. My husband would also share stories about Grady ( a kid growing up in the Bible hardware store) and how he was this man who was a kind, loving of his family but always made you laugh. I know when I married my husband (34 yrs. ago) he would always say go to Bible Hardware to get something or a key made, just go ask Grady he knows everything he'll help you and he did. Smiles and laughter always. We'll miss you Grady...
