I have many fond memories of times spent working with Jim. He provided valuable advice and consultation for many years. My condolences to his family.

Jim was very dedicated to his family and work. At work, there were many occasions where I'd come to the office early in the morning only to find I'd have several voice messages waiting for me that were left during the hours that most of us were sleeping. The reason for the multiple messages was because the system could only handle 5 minutes per message, so Jim would have to call back to finish his discussion. So I quickly learned when I saw my phone flashing with multiple messages, to first get my cup of coffee and then listen to his full report on his latest project. For those of us that had the privilege to work with Jim, we came to respect his technical knowledge and his attention to detail. He never left a stone un-turned. But mostly, Jim was a great friend with an awesome sense of humor. He will be greatly missed.

Jim was a very dear friend and coworker. We had some very good years working together as well as our families attending church together for several years.
