My condolences go out to Mrs. Cook, and her family, as I am deeply saddened to hear this news.
Mr. Cook was more than my biology teacher, wrestling and track coach, he was my mentor. He taught me about values, morals, and integrity. Whether I was victorious, defeated, right, or wrong he was always straightforward with me, and talked to me how to improve myself. I'll never forget our rides home after practice with him and Mrs. Cook talking to me about my plans after graduation, and the course I follow. It's also good to know that he's mentored numerous students, and giving them guidance to help them to be successful in life. He will truly be missed, but never forgotten, and I will continue to use the life lessons he's taught me for the rest of my life.

Sincerely,
Ray Potter

Mr. Cook was my biology teacher years ago at Elk County Christian High School.

He had a way of making everything very interesting.

He is in my prayers.
