I just loved Virginia, as did my whole family. We were honored to play rounds of Scrabble last August in the mountains of Ruidoso. It's a simple memory but one my girls will never forget. She was gracious, kind, and a little sassy. Our thoughts and prayers are with you, Megan.

Mom, you are missed greatly by many and I like to think that you know that in some way. I also hope you feel how I think of you every day and hope to carry our love into the future. Thank you for all you gave me. I hope you know how loved you were on this earth and how much I miss you now.

Virginia had a huge and welcoming heart...a quality prized far more than a "talent."

A nicer, sweeter and more loving person you could not have been friends with. Shamus and Virginia were my pew mates at the Methodist Church before it was torn down for a new Church to be built. We were looking forward to the new Church. We were still pew mates at the new building, but really missed our Church.

We kept in touch and after Shamus passed away we would meet for a cup of tea and a roll. I will and do miss her very much. Virginia and I would finish each others sentences, we were on the same wave length and thought the same on a variety of subjects. A great lady and friend.

Bon Jour, mon ami!!!!
