Our beloved father, brother and uncle passed away on Friday, October 5, 2018 at the age of 78. Born in San Antonio Texas, Billy was a proud U.S. Army Veteran. Full of laughter and charm, it was an honor to love and be loved by him.


Billy is survived by his beautiful family that loved him very much, his son: Billy Mendoza Jr, his brother and sister-in-law: Roy and Amanda Mendoza, and his nieces, nephews and their spouses, Roy III, Sharon, Amanda, Michael, Celeste, Marc, Angelica, Mikey and Roy IV.

Visitation will be held at Delgado Funeral Home 2200 W. Martin St., San Antonio, TX 78207 on October 11, 2018 from 3:00pm- 9:00pm with a Rosary recited at 7:00pm.

Funeral procession will depart Delgado Funeral Home on Friday, October 12, 2018 at 9:00am for interment at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery at 9:45am.
