Elia was always a good, good friend. I've known her since she married Raul. I've known Raul since we were very young and living on Potosi and Pinto in San Antonio, Texas. Elia always welcomed my family into her home and was the epitome of the gracious host and friend. A wonderful and gracious lady that brought good feelings to my whole family. May God bless the whole Perez family and may God grant the strength to overcome. We love all the Perez family.

I offer my sincere condolences to Raul, Gloria, Sonia, Tony, Tomas, Celia, Gonzalo and all her loved ones. May the Good Lord bless you always.
