Beloved woman of God, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother who held each one of us in her heart and loved us all in every way. Hortencia Gutierrez peacefully passed away on February 13, 2021, at the age of 90. Hortencia will be greatly missed by all her family. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Angel Y. Gutierrez, Jr., son Gilbert Gutierrez, parents Natalio and Maria Gonzalez and brother Raul Gonzalez. She leaves behind her children Celia Maspero (Frank), Rita Soto (Victor), Elvira Guajardo (Robert), Herlinda Rangel (Pete), Oralia Estrada (Alfredo), Elida Castillo (Daniel), Lydia Canales (Tony), Diana Guerrero (Louis), Albert Gutierrez, Susie Garcia (Abel) and Virginia Gutierrez; 34 grandchildren, 79 great grandchildren; 12 great great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. She retired from St. Anthony de Padua Place retirement community after 20+ years of service. Funeral Services will all be held at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 600 Oblate Dr. Friday, February 19, visitation at 3:00pm with Rosary at 4:00pm. Funeral Mass will be Saturday, February 20, at 9:30am with burial at Holy Cross Cemetery.
