It is with great sadness that the family of Josephine M. Willems announces her passing on August 3, 2018. On August 22, 1953 she married William D. Willems; they were together 48 years. Preceded in death by her husband William, an infant daughter at birth, Daughter Barbara Jane (Willems) McCord; parents Noel & Anna Janvier; brothers Henry Janvier & Noel Janvier Jr. Survived by four sons Paul (Pat), Michael (Melissa), Arthur (Beverly) & Ben (Gaye); one daughter Mary Ann (David Colonna); Daughter-in-law Margie Willems; ten grandchildren Bill & Dan Willems, Jennifer Willems, Kelsey & Jared Willems, Austin & Tyler Willems, Randy & Dustin Colonna & Kimberly Ogg; ten great grandchildren Eleyna & Madison Ogg, Vivian, Dannielle, Nathan & Catherine Willems, Natalie & Kailie Willems; Van & Kai Colonna; two sisters Sister Anita Janvier SSCJ & Sister Frances Cabrini IWBS, extended family and friends.
Visitation at 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, August 16, 2018 at Mission Park Funeral Chapel South, 1700 S.E. Military Drive. Mass at 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 17, 2018 at St. Leonard's Catholic Church, 8510 S. Zarzamora Street with interment to follow at Fort Sam National Cemetery, 1520 Harry Wurzbach Road.
