Bill had so many life experiences that made him really good at what he did. His family gave him the heart with which to do it. We will all miss him

I saw Bill just minutes before he passed. He came to my Office to check his mailbox and as usual, he asked me how I was doing and how my weekend went (It was Monday morning) and we exchanged pleasantries. Little did I suspect it would be the last words we would ever speak to each other. I had known Bill professionally for years and he always had a good word or story to tell. He will be missed!

Bill had a torrid love affair with....COFFEE. Hot, cold, 3 days old, weak, or strong....he loved & needed his coffee! Bill, I sure hope wherever you are, there is coffee....for everyone's sake!!

Bill worked tirelessly and fearlessly to make better living conditions for the homeless population of our county. His work ethic was truly inspiring! It was a pleasure and honor to have worked with him.
