I sure was saddened to hear of Fred's passing. I first met Fred through my High school's radio show on WBUZ-FM (1953). Fred was rsponsible for me getting into the radio business. I worked a lot of years with him at WASH-FM & WDON-AM. We sure had some great times working in LIVE radio. I sure do cherish those days. I now picture Fred working at WHMS, the heavenly music station. Miss you, Fre!

Dear Alice,
I wish I had gotten a chance to get to know Fred. He sounds like a wonderful, loving man. I am sure you will miss him tremendously. My prayers are with you and your family.

I only knew Fred for a short time. But every time I came for a singing lesson with Alison, he'd greet me with that handsome face, melodious voice, bright eyes, and extend a strong hand. It was obvious how much you two loved each other. You are a wonderful role model of a couple that played and worked together, and supported each other. I'm thankful to know both of you.
With love, Nan Hamilton

Our love and prayers go up to heaven where Fred is free of pain at last and at peace with his Saviour. Our love is especially dear for Alison and her children, who have our deepest sympathy. You are always in our hearts.
