My husband, Alan, & I both worked on many occasions with Lynette at Senior Nutrition in Atascadero. We knew it would be a good day when we saw that she was on the schedule with us. Although we were the nearly the same age, she was a role model for me, as I so much admired the quiet vivacity & beauty she brought to her "mature" years. Alan & I miss her very much, with a combination of honor that we shared time with her & sadness that we no longer can.

Lyndy was a beautiful person, in all ways! We met her (and Ron) shortly after they moved to San Luis Obispo, early in both of our marriages. We admired Lyndy for all she did for everyone. So positive and fun and devoted to her family! We will miss you. Love, Mel & Rosi Lusardi

I remember Lynette as being beautiful with her eyeglasses when I saw her in Atascadero- that reminded me of a time when I walked on the grass of the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum and took off my eyeglasses- 101,000 people booed me. I put my eyeglasses on and they all went wildly happy!!!! Thank you Lynette. You helped me to be myself.

Lynette was my son David's 4th grade teacher. Even though David is 29, I remember Lynette's patience, dedication and expertise. Lynette was a gifted teacher who helped so many children achieve success. Prayers and hugs to your family.

Dear Lynette, thank you for leaving your heart print on the lives that you touched... Hillary and Dustin were involved in your "Mommy and Me" classes forever ago, and it was sweet when, so many years later, you remembered little antedotes and asked for the (now grown) kids by name...Lynette, you will be deeply missed and never forgotten. All blessings to your loved ones during this tender time, Joanie and family

Mrs. Kisaka was my fourth grade teacher at Monterey Road Elementary School. She inspired me to do my best with her encouraging smile and gentle demeanor. I recall she would make a happy face out of the highly coveted grade of 100%!

When I ran into her years later while visiting my parents during a break from college, I felt so honored as she remembered exactly who I was and showed a genuine interest in my life since my days as a student in her class.

May her family feel God's presence of peace and comfort during this time.
