To the Lofink Family, We knew your Mom and Dad as neighbors in Florida for a short period of time. Your Mom had a terrific laugh and your Dad a sharp wit, a man with a kind heart. This last October we over lapped in Fl. for a while due to the flood, he was at a loss without your Mom and poured his heart out to us. She use to do most of the talking but now he just went on and on about all the wonderful things in their life together. He was very proud of his kids and talked about the grandchildren and his plan for his car going to a granddaughter. He did look forward to his son coming for a visit in Nov. and then going home for Christmas. We went out to eat one night together and he told us how he and Etta bought the place in Florida, Etta was the brains behind it. We came back to Illinois early but spoke to him on the phone on the Friday before he passed. We will miss him as a neighbor when we return. We are sorry for your loss.
