November 21, 2019 I was very saddened to hear of Antoinette's passing on last evening. We had just talked about her a few days ago. I reflect on the many times that I saw her in Revco (now CVS) and Max Way (now Roses) over the years. As she was during our school days, she was so kind, pleasant, helpful, and such a joy to talk with. It was during those times at the stores when we shared information about school and about classmates who were ill, deceased, or in bereavement. I remember her proud, radiant smile when she spoke of her daughter's and grandchildren's accomplishments. It was evident that she truly loved and cherished her family. My husband, daughter, and I will truly miss seeing Antoinette and sharing with her in the Roses. Fran, your mom was loved by so many, and everyone that came into the store received special treatment. She was a "God-sent", "One of a kind." Family, you are in our prayers. May the Lord give you strength and peace during this difficult time. Joan Lipsey Roach, Savannah, GA November 18, 2019 Ms. Antoinette we met back at CVS as co-workers. Not knowing you were good friends with my mom whom passed away 3 1/2 years ago (Jennifer Hendrix Oliver) until we started talking and wow the relationship bloomed from there and never stopped. I always looked forward to seeing you in Maxway/Roses. I just learned today of your passing. What a kind loving sweet person you were. May God bless and watch over your daughter. I know she was your heart and you lived for your 2 grandchildren. How you loved those kids soooo much. You will be missed. Love Always, Katie Oliver....Sleep In Peace.... November 18, 2019 Condolences to the family and friends I didn't know you personally but you were always kind when my mother and I shop at Maxway in Garden City sleep in heavenly peace.
