I just learned of Mr. O'Koren's passing and had to add my condolences. He was my art teacher and play co-director with Mr. Theis at Morris H.S. in the mid-1960s.. He was a kind and funny man and although I was a very untalented art student he was a favorite teacher. God bless you Mr. O'Koren!

Sorry to hear of Len's passing. I was a longtime friend and neighbor in Morris. I think I met him when he was director of the production "Little Nell" for the Morris Community Theater. A man of many talents, and a tireless community worker.

It would be completely impossible for me to ever forget Len. I had the ultimate privilege of working with and learning from Len a number of years while in the VA chapel. His kindness was known to everyone. His love for our veterans was outstanding. He never came to the VA without stopping at the chapel to say hello. I have sadness in my heart because of the loss of my very dear friend...but great happiness knowing that Jesus received him with open arms...and said..."well done good and faithful servant". God bless you Len...I will always love and remember you. Mary Lou Meyer

I was so sorry to hear about Len's death. My mother, Deloris Reich, lives down the hall from him at Country Manor. I would often have the opportunity to greet Len when I was visiting my mom. I will miss seeing him there.

May special memories of Len be of great comfort to all of you.
