Dear Dana and Martha,
We are so sorry to hear of the passing of Max. We knew Max from Group School and Kathy from the time they were married. They stayed with us on their way to Madeline Island for their honeymoon. They also stayed with us on Madeline Island on their 25th aniversary. Max was a great help to me during our time together at Aetna. We both enjoyed knowing and being with them often. Our blessings to you and your families.

Dana and Martha,

I'm so very sorry for the loss of your dad. Max was a wonderful, kind, generous and thoughtful neighbor for so many years to my mother Jean.

As many have already so accurately said, Max was a true gentleman. He gave selflessly to his community and without any fanfare. May his spirit live on through both of you and beyond.

Max, a man of many accomplishments including world traveler, a good friend for many years, and a wonderful member of St. John's, Portsmouth and its super choir.
