I worked with Alan for years at Northwest Hospital. He was always helpful, gentle and wise, and a great mentor. Thanks Alan.

Alan was such a special person who lighted up every room he entered. I knew him as a map collector of maps of Pembrokeshire in Wales at a time when I owned an art gallery in Seattle selling vintage maps. My condolences to his lovely wife Mary, a writer in her own rights, and his family.

Alan was a favorite Rompers Golf Club member and great fun to share a game with.
Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and Mary today and always.
