I came to this site out of curiosity for my old radio friend Stan Dale. I'm guessing that Janet is long gone also but thought if the family is still monitoring this site they'd still appreciate hearing from an appreciative fan of Stan's. I was one of the lucky one whose life he touched here in Chicago while working the graveyard shift in a downtown office building when I was 20 years old. I've still got a copy of I'm ok you're ok and a hand written note from him wishing me warm fuzzies at the end. I just wanted to let you know that I'll always remember how he helped a young man like me open my mind to better options in dealing with our complex world.
Sincerely,
Bob Ohlendorf

My dearest Stan, you have been gone for 13 years today. It at times feels like ages ago and other times like yesterday. Your legacy lives on and I carry you in my heart always. With all my being, heart and soul I love you! I am grateful for the 30 years we spent together!
