I'm so sorry that I only got the news this week. Pete was one of my father's (Angus Douglass) best friends at Yale. We have so many happy memories. I'm glad Pete could be at out wedding and I was so glad that he took the time to stay in touch us after Dad died. Lots of love from all the Douglasses! Tory, Fi and Doug and our mum, Stephanie.

I had the great privilege and pleasure of working with Pete when he was the CEO of Bessemer. The world has lost a great man. I'll never forget bird hunting with Pete in south Florida. He was a great shot with lightening quick reflexes. As we rounded a palmetto patch a single bird flushed, Pete brought him down with a single shot. As the feathers settled we saw that my truck was just a few yards further down range. I came to treasure those bird shot dings. Pete never stopped apologizing!
