I always thought she was such a pretty lady. I got to visit her a few weeks before she passed. We took a ride and she pointed out all the landmarks in Sheboygan - the city she loved. It's sad to lose a loved one but at least she got to spend her last days in "her little house" that she loved.

Blessings to you all -- Bev Berendsen

We enjoyed our friendship with Dottie the 12 years we lived across the street from her. She enjoyed walking over in the earlier years and talking with me while I worked in my flower beds--I know she enjoyed my gardens as much as I did. I loved her spirited personality, her passion for reading, her beautiful blue eyes...she was such an attractive lady. I/we considered it an honor to be 'watchful' for her, share baked goods with her, and help her out whenever we could.
May you take comfort in knowing you granted her her wishes to remain in her home til the end...even though it meant a lot of care for you. I will always have fond memories of her. Rest in peace Dottie.

Dottie is in God's hands. So sorry to hear of her passing. I am the brother of Ted Mullin that Dottie spent many years traveling with. I was told by my brother that they talked on the phone every day. Brother Ted lived in Sacramento, CA. Dottie and
Ted's rekindling of their high school friendship was wonderful. God Bless.
