Anthony A. LaManna, 73
Adored husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and cousin
Anthony A. LaManna, 73, a lifelong Staten Islander, died peacefully at home on May 12, 2020 after his long, courageous battle with cancer.
Tony graduated from Saint John's University with an MBA and spent his entire career working at Con Edison for over 40 years. He proudly served in the United States Marine Corps., which included a tour in Vietnam. After the 9/11 tragedy, he worked many weeks assisting at the World Trade Center. Tony was an adored husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and cousin. He was a gentle, good man that was loved by all.
He is survived by his loving wife for 47 years (Deborah); two daughters (Danielle and Dana); grandchildren (Aidan and Conor); brother, Joseph; sister-in-law, Lynda; sister, Mary; brother-in-law, Dennis, nieces, nephews and cousins. Due to present conditions, a Memorial service will be held at a later date.
