Chris was an inspiration for all us dreamers
and He always will be.
September 23, 2019
So sorry for your loss Jing. Chris and I were friends as teenagers. Such an easygoing fun filled friend. From his old dodge to the aluminum boat we would drag down to the beach and put an outboard on it , to his first cover for Omni magazine. Tom might remember some of our antics. Chris was an inspiration to me as a teenager My prayers were always and still will be with him and your family. God Bless Remember the small things. They will always be the cherished ones.

A real true Artist! You will be missed.
September 14, 2019
From the time we were little kids in a row boat, Chris drew us all into his unique voyage of discovery. In countless situations, he shared that Irish love of humor, a great story, and, of course, art. Always creating something fun or funny out of "nothing", he became a great influence on me as an artist, on our family, and many others. What I admired most was Chris' life-long habit of observing the world and seeing great potential everywhere.

One of my favorite quotes reminds me of him. "The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes, but in having new eyes."
Sail on, Mr.Beachcomber. You are missed, but your influence lives on.
