So sad to hear this, Mr Dugan was my social studies teacher at PS 54 in the early 80's I am now 44 years old and I still remember him so vividly it seems like yesterday, he was a good man and a great educator, he had a great passion and diligence and left an impact on all that encountered him. I hope his family members see this and are comforted by the fact that after all these years I still see him so clearly that's the type of teacher he was. May he rest in the very sweetest peace and To his family and close friends. He truly was one of the good ones.
