We will certainly miss Joes smile and hugs over the fence as we visit his Happy Hour girlfriend on Maritime Dr. God has taken a good - one way to soon. Pat, we cant express how sad we are for you, Pam, Stephanie and the whole family. It is having such a great family that will somehow get you through this difficult time. Keep your memories close to your hearts- it is what Joe would have wanted. Love you guys - Patti, Jim and boys

Ps I am confident Joe and Dan have already connected and will continue to look over all of us

My condolences to the Carrasco Family: I worked with Joe in the 71 Precinct and he was always smiling and upbeat. I am saddened to hear of his passing and your loss.

Although we drifted somewhat after retiring from the NYPD, I thought of Joe, Pat and the family often over the years. We always had a great time wherever we were. Coincidentally, I recently transferred a video tape of my surprise 40th Birthday Party to a DVD. Not surprisingly the first person to greet me was Joe. Among many moments I am reminded of trips to Acapulco, Las Vegas, Wildwood Crest, NJ, etc. My son, John Jr & I are sincerely sorry for Joe's passing.
