NORTH LIBERTY - Steven Gary Robinson, 54, of North Liberty and formerly of New Lenox, IL passed away suddenly on Thursday, March 8, 2018. Steven was born in Chicago, IL on October 13, 1963 and is the youngest son of Merle and Florence Robinson. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Michael. Steven is survived by his wife of 33 years, Beverly (Michalski); their children, Zachary (Sarah Jean) Robinson of Chandler, AZ and Valerie (Brent) Neumann of Naperville, IL; brothers Jeff and Scott; and sister, Sandie. He was a loving Grandpa/Papa to Oliver, Aubrey, Penelope, and Ellie.
Steve, a former Union Carpenter and co-owner of APX Computer Services, was the founder and CIO of Qumulus Solutions. He had a passion for Jesus Christ and was a musician and long-standing member of the Progressive Christian Rock Band, Trytan.
He used his gifts as a musician to give back to the community as a Worship Leader for churches across Illinois and Indiana, touching the lives of many.
Memorial Services will be held on Monday, March 12 at Palmer Funeral Homes - Hickey Chapel, 17131 Cleveland Rd., South Bend. Friends may call on the family from 4-7:00 p.m. with service to follow at the funeral home. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.palmerfuneralhomes.com.

Steve -I'm sorry that I never got out to visit you at your new place. I will forever cherish my memories of you from when we were young. It was a pleasure playing music with you, both in the secular world and in the church. Your talents shall not be forgotten. May you rest in peace and go with Jesus.
