SHANK,
Norma

Beloved mother, grand- mother and great-grandmother, passed away May 30th in her home in Post Falls, ID. She was the daughter of Odin Eskil and Julia Jacoby of Iron Mountain, MI and the sister of Barbara Anne and Odin Jr. She is survived by her son Rex Shank of Post Falls and his three children: Paul, Noah and Sierra; daughter Paula Fowler of Post Falls and her daughter Chelsea LaFee. Also her great-grandchildren Corbin and Sebastian, and step-great-grandson Braden LaFee.
She married the love of her life Paul Shank, and they worked hand in hand building the legendary restaurant "The Tifflin Inn" in Colorado. They then moved to Scottsdale and opened their nationally famous restaurant "Paul Shank Gracious Dining" in the Safari Hotel.
She was an accomplished artist, seamstress and mother. She loved gardening, flowers and horses, and was kind to all. She will be mised but never forgotten.
A memorial visitation will be held at 11am on Thursday, June 2nd at English Funeral Chapel, 1700 N. Spokane St., in Post Falls, ID.
A graveside service will be held at Evergreen Cemetery also in Post Falls, at 12 noon on Thursday, June 2nd.
