GRANT Peter Passed away peacefully at SWHC on 31st January 2019. A special smile, A special face And in our hearts a special place. A tender thought That brings a tear A silent wish that you were here. Special memories of a very special friend of Janice and Colin McKenna and their extended families, all Pete's workmates and friends at the Union Station Woolsthorpe. Soulmate to Pheobe, Pete's dog and great mate of Paddy the Irishman. Farewell Pete We all have sad eyes, Long faces, Heavy hearts, Empty spaces, Weakened knees, Frail arms, Since you've been gone. You needed us then, We all need you now. We have to move on But not sure how. We still hear your voice And see your smile. We guess it's okay, You're cancer-free now. - Love from Mandy, Marc, Brendan and Lauren. We would also like to thank all the nurses and Doctors at SWHC for their caring and kindness towards Pete. A special thank you to Prof. Ian Collins and his staff.
