All these months later and I miss you more than ever. You're the best thing that ever happen to me in my life. I'll always love you. All your animals still grieve for you.

Darla was a special person. I remember supporting her on the flightline and her always asking about my little girl. She would always bring her stuffed animals and tell me stories about her pets. She was a pleasant and caring person and will be missed. Jennifer M

She truly was a kind and generous soul. My condolences to all her family. May The Lord give you peace. Gavin Lindsay, worked with her from 2001 til 2014.

Well Darla, you finally went to "the light" (Mrs. Brown's Boy's).
You fought long and hard and still managed to smile and laugh through it all. You are a brave and beautiful soul!

I hope Heaven is everything you expected and more. Now you are truely free. Free to soar, to fly with Eagles and the airplanes you loved so dearly.

You will be missed Darla but not forgotten. Love you girlfriend.

Life handed her a few hard knocks;
Sometimes her luck was bad.
She had the usual ups and downs
As most of us have had.

Grief had its day along her way,
Great fortune passed her by,
But she always came out a great winner
With a twinkle in her eye.

This legacy of laughter,
A gift from some forbear,
Was all the weapon that she had
To fight life's pain and care.

But she kept her sense of humor,
And she laughed away the tears,
And she went on spreading chuckles
All around her down through the years.

Her worry was not for herself but for others,
Even the four legged kind.
You will see her in their sad eyes from now on,
Each time a stray passes by and brings you to shudders.
