Meyn, Hannah E.
Hannah Meyn, 29, of Apalachin, passed away on October 4, 2017 in Johnson City. Born February 26, 1988 in Watertown, NY, Hannah is survived by her son, Lukas Meyn; husband, Michael Meyn; mother, Kelly Randall; father, James Payzant; brothers, Samuel (Katheryn) Payzant, Simon Payzant, Joshua (Amy) Payzant, and Adam (Allison) Randall; sister, Abigail Green; and many, many loving extended family members. Hannah was an amazing nurse; always driving for perfection with a passion few others achieve, but most of all, she was a loving and incredible mother. Her son, Lukas, was the pride and joy of her life, and she loved him to the ends of the universe, beyond, and back again. Hannah was the embodiment of passion, and the sunshine of her beautiful smile will be missed forever.

I am so sorry to hear of this great loss. I wish I had been able to get to know her more once you moved up the street from us before we ended up moving out of state. Please give our love to Lukas. He was a preschool and school pal of my son Christian. ~Rebekah Heden

My name is Gary and I am employed as a Unit Clerk with The Robert Packer Hospital located in Sayre, Pennsylvania. Because of the variety of work assignments I am involved with, I had both the pleasure and honor to be able to work with Hannah. She always had a kind word, a friendly smile, and a genuine compassion for her patients and their families. My sincere condolences go out to her family and friends, and to members of the hospital staff.

Hannah, you always had a smile and a kind word. At work you could be a force to be reckoned with and we all loved you for it. This world is a little empty without you as you made such an impact on all of us. The love you bore for your family, friends, coworkers, and patients are rivaled by no one. Heaven is lucky to have such an angel to join it. You will be missed greatly and I know we will all think of you often. My G-d protect and watch over your family.

I weep with you. Draw close to God through prayer. It won't take away the pain but it can help you to cope.

We had such a short time to get acquainted, but I know you felt the love I have in my heart for your mom and the family and I know that brought us closer together. You are a shining star and that light will always be the 'brightest'.
I will always love and care for your mom and family and you will always be in our thoughts and prayers.
'Shine on' Hannah Meyn!

I will always remember Hannah as one of the sweetest, most caring nurses I ever worked with. Just knowing she was there brightened the day. She truly made a difference to her patients and to those of us lucky enough to work with her. May she know peace now.

You left us on the feast day of St Francis. You embodied his prayer. Let us follow in your example, my darling daughter. May your Memory be Eternal.
Lord, make me an instrument of Your peace. Where there is hatred, let me sow love; where there is injury, pardon; where there is doubt, faith; where there is despair, hope; where there is darkness, light; where there is sadness, joy.
O, Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console; to be understood as to understand; to be loved as to love; For it is in giving that we receive; it is in pardoning that we are pardoned; it is in dying that we are born again to eternal life. Amen

No words can describe the loss of such beauty, strength, grace and love. My beautiful little girl. You are a light that shines, a heart that gives, and hands that love. There is and will be no other like you. You give me pause, you will always be in my heart, and I wish you rest and peace...my daughter, my love, my little girl. You are shining light and you are sun-kissed...brightness and loveliness. You will be my lullaby. Your Memory Eternal, my Sweet Angel. Love now and always from your Mother...

Hannah, you will be missed by many. You were such a compassionate, loving, giving and beautiful soul, it's not fair heaven gain an angel and earth lost one. You are one of the smartest people I know, a truly gifted individual and you had so much to offer, and so much ahead of you. We will all watch over Lukas for you, he now has his own personal guardian angel. Until we meet again, fly high and free.
