Oh, the memories we had, Patti Dearest! Laughter, tears, plotting! We all ran away together, schemed over the swimming pool - D M never had a chance!
We were best, best friends and you will never be forgotten.
Rest in peace with all your puppies, dear friend.
Love always

My forever friend, Patti, for over 50 years, I am shocked and saddened to have received a short telephone message that you have passed away. I am so very sorry for your loss, Don, and ask that when the time is right for you, that you will call me at 914-576-8380, and talk to me about Patti. Although we lived far apart, some of my best times were laughing so hard during our hours' long phone conversations. I still laugh at when Patti lost her contact lense in the mashed potatoes and when her scarf went on fire as she was lighting a candle in St. Patrick's! I loved weekends at her Dad's home and having dinner in NYC whenever Mr. Simmons came to the city. May God and His angels watch over you now and may you rest in peace. I love you, Patti. Your forever friend, Barbara Jeanne.
