Lived next to the Etkinds in Elmira NY for many years. Polly was such a sweet person and had such a kind heart. It was an honor for us to know her.

I remember Polly from my childhood in Elmira NY. My family lived next door to her parents. A wonderful family and lady. Always fondly remembered. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

Jack and I were heartbroken to hear that Polly had passed away. She was such a bright, energetic woman with a heart of gold. Over the years she always made sure that my mom was informed of all the Sisterhood activities and was the first one to greet her at the Shabbos Kiddush. Our heartfelt condolences go out to Hy and Marisa, she will be sorely missed.

I was so saddened to hear that Polly had passed away. She was such a bright, vibrant woman and the heart of Park East Sisterhood where we first met. She was a wonderful and caring friend and my deepest sympathy goes out to Hy and Marisa.
