WOLCOTT, ALBERTA ANN Age 80 of Lockwood , NY passed away at home on Wednesday November 2 , 2016 . Alberta was born September 6 , 1936 in Sayre , Pennsylvania the daughter of the late Albert and Sodonia Comerinsky Holbert. She was a graduate of Athens High School Class of 1955. Alberta married her husband Ronald Wolcott on July 27 , 1963 and they recently celebrated their 53rd Wedding Anniversary. In addition to her parents , Alberta was pre-deceased by her brothers James Talada and Ollie Talada and by her sisters Ina Dildine and Beatrice Roberts. Mrs. Wolcott dedicated her life to her family whom she loved . Alberta is survived by her husband Ronald Wolcott ; son Michael Wolcott of Van Etten , NY ; daughters : Brenda Baker of Lockwood , NY and Sheila Wolcott of Waverly, NY ; grandchildren : Laneya & Michael Plouse , Zebulin & Joanne Wolcott , Graham & Mandi Wolcott , and Gabriel Wolcott ; 11 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren brothers and sisters-in-law : Nester & Betty Holbert of Rome , PA and Albert & Phyllis Holbert of Rome , PA ; sister and brother-in-law : Patricia & Earl Walker of Gillett , PA ; several nieces and nephews and a host of caring friends. Relatives and Friends are invited to call at the Jay E. Lowery Funeral Home 225 South Main Street Athens , PA on Monday November 7, 2016 from 12 Noon to 2 PM. Mrs. Wolcott's Funeral Services will be held at the conclusion of calling hours with Pastor Randy Stilson officiating. Alberta will be laid to rest in Tioga Point Cemetery in Athens , PA. Arrangements are entrusted to the LYNCH FUNERAL HOME 318 WEST BROAD STREET HORSEHEADS , NY.
