Scott is an exceptional young man. In spite of everything he kept an upbeat attitude. He truly loved and is loved by all his family including all his extended family. Though we know his suffering is over he will be missed. Love you Scott. To his parents who took this long journey with him we can see where Scotts courage and strength came from. Love Frank and Linda

Fred
I am so sorry for your loss. Even though it was a long drawn out illness ,it hurts no less. Just remember the good times . May you be comforted by the thought of knowing Scott is no longer in pain And his suffering has ended. My heart felt prayers go out to you and your family at this time of loss.
God Bless
Larry

When I think of Scott I smile. He truly was "one-of-a-kind". I cherish the memories. He was a fighter to the end.

Carol and Fred, he couldn't of asked for more loving parents. You fought as hard as he did.

Until we meet again Scott, you will be forever in my heart.
Love, Aunt Julie
