Daniel Bach Paskow Financial analyst, enthusiastic world traveler, 'his greatest joy in life was his family' Daniel Bach Paskow of Lake Grove, N.Y., passed away quietly at home from lung cancer on Dec. 20, 2014. His funeral will be held at the Bernheim-Apter- Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel in Livingston, N.J., on Tuesday, Dec. 23, at 12:30 p.m., followed by a graveside service at Mount Lebanon Cemetery in Woodbridge, N.J. Dan was born Feb. 19, 1959, in Newark, N.J., and grew up in Livingston. He enjoyed a happy childhood full of Little League games, day camp, and sports. A proud graduate of the University of Michigan, he completed his master's degree in business at New York University. Beginning with IBM in Austin, Texas, and finishing his career as a financial analyst for NCR in New York, Dan worked for many multi-national companies, becoming an enthusiastic world traveler. His primary focus in business was not only to succeed in doing his job, but to always choose to work for companies that shared his high ethical standards. Dan and his wife, Lecia, were married in Austin in 1986. His two children, Zachary and Alyssa, were the most important people in his life. Being a father was a role he cherished, and his children made him glow with pride. He was known for his fantastic vacation and party planning skills, and his sly sense of humor. He loved playing golf and poker with his high school and college buddies. Dan's greatest joy and pleasure in life was his family. He was a fine man in every way that mattered. Dan is survived by his wife, Lecia (Guidos); son, Zachary; daughter, Alyssa, and mother, Barbara (Bobbie) Paskow. Donations can be made to the Bonnie J. Adario Lung Cancer Foundation.
