Devoted family man, prominent attorney
Mitchell H. Cobert, of Morristown, NJ, a prominent attorney and former president of the Morris County Bar Association, passed away on October 15, 2020 after a five-month battle with leukemia. A devoted family man, Mitchell is survived by his wife Kathryn; his children Jessica and Craig Smith, Lauren Cobert and Max and Emily Cobert; his grandchildren Zachary Smith, Samantha Smith and Jackson Cobert; his siblings Tamara and Edward Faggen and Jonathan and Wendy Cobert; and dozens of close cousins, nieces and nephews.
Private funeral services will be held at Bernheim-Apter Kreitzman in Livingston, New Jersey. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you consider a donation in Mitchell's memory to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, or The American Cancer Society,
