Robert W. Kolesar
Army veteran, loving family man
Robert W. Kolesar, 74, of Bloomfield, N.J., passed away suddenly on Nov. 27, 2018. Born in Glen Ridge, N.J., he lived in Bloomfield most of his life.
A parishioner of St. Stephen's Church, Paterson, N.J., Robert was an Army veteran. Bob worked as a production supervisor for Fabricolor, Paterson, N.J. After retirement, he went back to work as a custodian for the Montclair School system until 2012.
Robert was the beloved husband of Marlene (nee Niebojewski); devoted father of David and his wife, Dawn, of North Caldwell, N.J., and Stephen and his wife, Susan, of South Plainfield, N.J.; loving grandfather of Dina, David, and Samantha; dear brother of Allan of Naples, Fla., and beloved uncle of several nieces and nephews.
Funeral is Saturday at 9:45 a.m. at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, N.J., and 11 a.m. at St. Stephen's Church, 86 Martin St., Paterson. Visiting is Friday, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Cremation is private. Kindly omit flowers.
