"Nanny" was such a pleasure to care for and will be greatly missed. She had such a wonderful, caring, and amazing family. I will love her always and I would like to thank her for blessing me.

I am truly sorry about the loss of your loved one. May the peace that comes from God strengthen and support the family to endure this difficult time. Deepest sympathies.

Learning today of Irene's passing brought both a smile to my face and a tear to my eyes. A part of my life is now empty in a physical body, but cherished memories will always remain. The friendship shared by the Peel's and Bulls' families began during a dark time in our Country, World War II. But a friendship that was established in 1943-44 has lasted up until today. Mom, Dad and Irene are together again and for that I'm grateful. But those stories of the twins will always be among my favorites. Hearing my parents called Uncle Derald and Aunt Jo thrill me so. I commend and applaud you three daughters and your families for always being there for her...and for welcoming me as if I was part of the family as well. I will always remember that pretty red head with every hair in place coming to Paris just to see me graduate from High School. But that was the type friend she was to our family. I could ramble on and on and tell stories of rations, pies and cakes, but know my thoughts and prayers are with you today and in the days ahead. Much love, Derald Joe
